I (Hannah) am based in Melbourne, Australia. I ship Australia wide and to New Zealand. My sister (Lizzie) aka my mini creative makes bags from the UK and ships UK & Europe wide. Han Bags is family run and has taken off through selling bags locally and community wide.

Bags are designed by me and handmade by my sister and I. We use the technique of ‘hand knitting’. Making the bags and down to sewing in the finishes are all done by hand which is what makes each one unique and made with love.

Han Bags are ‘fashion bags’ but still hold all the essentials – any size phone, small purse, lip stick, sunglasses etc. A magnetic clasp is sewn into them to hold your items securely.

Bags are machine washable – I recommend a quick wash with fabric conditioner, being sure to spin and rinse at the end. For small marks and dirt just a cloth and some fabric conditioner does the trick. We spray each bag with 2 layers of fabric protector before shipment however feel free to top this up after a while to maintain protection.

Bags will be dispatched within 1-3 days of order. We ship first class and this can take anywhere between 2-7 days to be delivered – depending on location. We use Australia Port and Royal Mail and a tracking number will be provided. All efforts will be made to have your bag with you within 7 working days however any delays with relevant couriers are out of our control. We take no responsibility for delays once posted.
